There has been alot of people that claim that when rooting it get stuck on “Running psneuter…”
This reason is you are already on 1.57 version you MUST flash back to 1.26 for this to work. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I cannot post link here but google Atrix flash to 1.27 or message me and I will give you the link
after you flash back to 1.27 follow the step in this video and it should work perfectly. I have spent countless hours and I figured it out. ATRIX is godlike

I rooted the phone successfully until the OTA update showed up. Then it was unrooted. I tried to root the phone again but SuperOneClick gets stuck at the Running psneuter… screen while rooting Atrix 4g. I googled the link to flash back to 1.27 but no luck. Is there a way to turn off the OTA updates for future? It kept bugging me every hour. Then it automatically downloaded the update and when I installed it, the root was gone.

@MrDikesh if you install the android sdk, there is a tool called “ddms” in the tools folder that will let you take screenshots by clicking on your device and then clicking a dropdown at the top and choosing screen shot.
hi im trying to use one super clip and i click root and the program stay on Running psneuter…
and does nothing more help
lol when you said we will be back in just a flash to boot it up…. i have my atrix with me now and he means it! it really takes abour 30 seconds to boot up

Super One Click Root application has a Trojan virus in it…DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE…

@MrDikesh Screen shot it normally works great for rooted phones but doesn’t work on the ATRIX currently I don’t have one that will do this.
Do you know, how to take screen-shot on Atrix? Like we can do it on iPhone using home and sleep button. I tried to use “Shootme” app but doesnt work even though I have rooted the Atrix phone. Thanks!

Thanks man, sorry to sound like a novice at this but as far as I can tell all drivers are installed, PC recognizes phone, then when I click root it starts then stalls on “waiting for device” then it just stops responding :-@ any ideas what I’m doing wrong, I rooted 2.1 and 2.2 perfectly fine but I just can’t seem to get 2.2.1 to root
