@bboychance i am not gonna argue with that because i havent used an expensive android phone, you might have used a cheap android that made you hate android, or may be its true what you say with all android phones, but onething that i like about android is that its jailbreak free and you can do what you want with it, unlike iphone, thanks to the jailbreak community and because of jailbreaking iam using the iphone and with that being said jailbreaking has its own down side, it slows your iphone,
@razqand i have used android – it is just like windows… crammed together with no unifying logic. apps take AGES to load because of the poor architecture. Oh, and my iphone is jailbroken so Apple ont control shit. i put what i want on my iphone and completely customise it or download any app i want. android can bite me

Viber is dependent on your internet connection when you use it.
Sometimes 3G connection is not sufficiently fast to support Viber, so there is little we can do to help it.
When you have a WiFi connection, it is recommended to use it instead of 3G.
they need to improve the way the app works on 3G
this app is a pain in the ass. Everytime i try to call someone, or answer a call, the app closes. same with all my friends. this app is soo buggy. this seriously needs to be fixed.

we (Viber) did not charge you, since we are a completely free service. You might have accidentally made normal cellular calls thinking they were made via Viber, and it was your cellular company that charged you.

Viber charged me $139,, & they will not reimburse me. They have no way to for you to call and talk to someone to fix the problem or any miscommunication on how to use the app.,, just a cold e-mail and they keep your money So when using the app please be careful. I feel if you get a app that says it’s free everything about it should be free.

Hi, My UK mobile carrier Vodafone are asking me to pay £130 for a call I made (on my iPhone 3GS) to a friend of mine in Macau (China). I was on WIFI throughout the call and NEVER switched to GSM or even 3G. They are claiming that the call went through the SIM card (I.e. through Vodafone). Do you think my friend may have done something wrong or are they trying to scam me?
I’ve spoken to her through Viber in the past and never had any issues. Please help! Thanks
