Apple iPad 2 on an HDTV : Digital AV HDMI Adapter Demo
Apple released the Apple Digital AV Adapter to coincide with the release of iPad 2. The adapter brings HDMI connectivity to iPad 1 & 2, iPod Touch 4G, and iPhone 4. Only the iPad 2 permits “Mirroring”, which allows users to see the iPad screen directly displayed on the attached monitor. You can use adapters to convert the HDMI output if you require a different connection type. Take a look at my video for a full walkthrough and demo of its capabilities. @heyyyitsandre24 Yes, the iPod Touch 4G will output sound over the HDMI connector.
@kpeshin1 Yes, Keynote is now available on iPhone 4. And there is even a keynote remote app for the iPhone 4 so you can remotely control your iPad’s Keynote playback.
Does it output sound for the iPod touch 4?

@RedgeQc The iPad 2 supports up to 1080p for video playback, but mirroring isn’t HD.
