@Compicharilhis no they aren’t normal. First of all Samsung makes low quality phones, ‘Expensive’ yes, outstanding? No! especially when it comes to battery features, but with their applications they are truly magnificent. You should sell your phone and buy a NOKIA or IPHONE that will truly give you an experience of a life time. Samsung has tons of products in the market, but in my opinion, nothing much changes everytime they make new ones.
